One of the oldest and very famous Temple Shri Ganesh Mandir Tekdi is located In Nagpur of Maharashtra which is dedicated to Lord Ganesha. This temple history is known approx. 250 years old, and the temple is popularly known as ‘Tekdi Ganesh Mandir’ because it is situated on a small hillock ‘Tekdi’ means hill in Marathi/Hindi.

The lord Ganesha murti was appeared under the Shami tree from the ground. Temple Murti is believed to be self-made and it is said that the size of murti is increasing day by day. Thousands of people daily visit to this shri Ganesh Tekdi Mandir for blessing and it is an extremely Miraculous temple. This temple is 1 km on walking distance From Railway Station.
